Ihe winner of two or more races alter declaration of weights to carry 111 b extra in all handicap and flat e vents. CONDITIONS. 1. No entry shall be received for any race except upon the condition that all disputes, claims and objections shall be decided by a majority of the stewards or those they may appoint, and in all cases their decision shall be final. 2. All races on this programme shall be open to “hacks” only. d. Hacks ” shall mean horses that have never won an advertised race exceeding the value of 40 sovs at time of start (hack and hunter races excepted). 4. Hornes will not bo handicaped unless all nomination foes are paid or arranged for. 5.
