Admitted by French Minister (Received October 11, 10.00 p.m.) LosdSs, October 11. The appendix of Lord Salisbury's despatches contains a memorandum wherein M. Delcasse in lvtt, i a opposing the Anglo-Congo argument, justified the claim of Kgvpt to the Faslioda district.
