THE HARAPIPI MURDER.
By Telegraph.—Per Preas Aaaociation. Atvat-isr. December 24. Henry Pohlen has been commuted for trial on the charge of the murder of Patrick Corcoran, at Harapipi. Wheu the prisoner was brought into Court he was somewhat agitated, and he gave way to sobs, otherwise lie looked well. The evidence for the prosecution revealed no new facts to those already telegraphed. The prisoner reserved his defence. When committed the prisoner showed no feeling whatever.
