The Marino Board of enquiry into the wreck of the steamer Eitzroy found that the loss of the steamer was caused liy the wrongful act of Captain Gralil in setting the course upon which the vessel was wrecked, and by tho default of the second ollieer pinnies) in allowing the vessel to run into danger when such danger was visible, with the weather then prevailing. Both aro called upon to show oauso why their certificates should not he dealt with.
