The Bicycle Races will be under the rules of tho New Zealand League of Wheelmen All protests to be lodged with the Secretary by 8 o’clock on tho evening of the sports, accompanied with a fee of 10s, such fee to be forfeited if the protest be deemed frivolous. Points count first 3, second 2, third 1. It there are not three entries or more the event will not take place. Any competitor leaving in's mark before the pistol is fired will bo put imok one yard for each offence. (This rule will bo strictly enforced.)
