By Electrie Telegraph.— Copyright. Per Press Association. Received last night at 5 p.m. Cycling. Melbourne, Nov. 27. At the League Wheel meeting the Cycling Plate, a series of contests of ono, three and five miles, resulted in Green, the English cyclist, winning both tho one and five miles, while Jackson, a young Victorian, who ran second to him in those events, won the three miles. Barden, the Englishman, shaped badly.
