Distribution of Relief.
Annuities Purchased.

Napier, This Day. The Flood Executive Committee has completed arrangements for the purchase of annuities for the widows and children of men who perished in the Easter floods. All tho cases have been settled except two, and the settlement of these is necessarily postponed owing to special circumstances. The annuities will he equal to 12s a week for each widow for life and 5s for each child till it reaches tho age of 10, payments to he made monthly.
