The Brotherhood of Man. Auckland, This Day. R. Jmnirson was fined £1 or 14 days for throwing a plug of tobacco to n prisoner while the train was pat sing the gaol. Forresters.
Auckland, Tins Day. A deputation of Forresters to the Minisnr ot Justice suggested that J.'si*. should not ho allowed to issue warrants for trifling thefts, hut Air Thompson said it could only be altered by legislation.
