Messrs Abraham and Williams’ report; Small entries carne forward to our sale at Pahiatuaon Tuesday last and Palmerston on Thursday, sheep being considerably short of advertised numbers at tbe latter sale. A slightly improved tone was visible at both places, and the bulk of the Btnck offered changed hands. Beef sold freely at quotations, and the demand for dairy stock improved, and will no doubt continue to do so as feed improves. We quoto : At Pahiatua—Sheep .
