His letter, particularly his lat- r one, is certainly a piece f scandalous writing. It is written in exereahle taste, and it is hill < f e: otisw. I go farther and s.ii it is unworthy of the man himself, and that Mr Reese must have 1 ei u in a had mood indeed when ho sat down to pen such a letter. Sir, 1 think writers should have some protection against insult.
