Statement by Chemis. RY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, This Day. Replying to a Times representative Chemis said he had no desire to make any statement. There were, however, certain points in connection with his case which lie was able to clear up, but preferred to do so later on.
