Everybody was satisfied and delighted with the Professor’s efforts. In another column the Professor announces that he will lecture to men only to-morrow (Saturday) evening in the Olympic Theatre. The subject will bo private and physical weaknesses. All those under 10 years of age will noi be admitted. Admission will be free but a collection will be made to pay expenses. Mr W. Vile inserts an advertisement in another column notifying the travelling and general public that he has started a livery and bait stable in Wakeman street opposite the Club Hotel. He has a comfortable, easygoing brougham and good hoises, which are to be hired to drive individuals or families on business or pleasure in any part of the district. The brougham meets all trains and is open for engagement for afternoon drives at a very low price. Mr Vile being a local man whose interest is with the town should receive the patronage of the public. All orders lift with Mr Hunter at the corner shop or with the proprietor will receive prompt attention. The wife of Mr D. Robinson, a prominent lumberman of Hartwick, N.Y., was sick with rheumatism for five months. In speaking of it, Mr Robinson says : “ Chamberlain’s Pam Balm is the only thing that gave her any rest from pain.
