The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights) of the nett i value of 26 bovs or over, to carry 61bs penalty. Nomination, Bs; acceptance, 20s. 2. Trial Handicap Hurdles (to start at 12.16 p.m.), of 25 sovs ; second horse 5 sovs from the stakes, 1£ miles. Over six flights of hurdles Bfi 6in high. For horses that have not won a hurdle race at time of entry. The winner of any hurdle race (after declaration of weights) to carry 71bs penalty. Nomination, 7s 6d; acceptance, 12s 6d. 8. Maiden Plate (to start at 1.30 p.ra.), of 30 sovs ; second horse 5 sovs from the stakes. 1$ miles. Weight-for-age. Entrance, 255, on day of general entries. 4. Handicap Hurdler (to start at 2.20 p.m.), of 40 sovs ; second horse 5 sovs from the stakes. 2 miles. Over eight flights of hurdles 3ft 6in high. CONDITIONS. 1. No deduction will be made from the advertised stakes. 2. All races on this programme are open to “ hacks ” onty. 3. “Hacks” shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake exceeding the value of 40 sovs at time of start (hack and hunter races excepted), anil that are not nominated for a Derby, Guineas, St. Leger, or Sapling Stakes at time of start. 4. No entry will be received for any race, except on condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision will be final. 5. In all nominations description, age, pedigree, and colors must be given. 6. Metropolitan Racing Rules will be strictly adhered to.

Persons at a distance wishing to invest on the Totalizator can do so bv adressing their communications to the “ Secretary, W.D.J.C., Woodville," to arrive at least half an hour before the advertised time for starting each race. No investments will be made unless the instructions are accompanied by Bank Draft, P.O. Orders, Postal Notes, or Money Order Telegrams. Cheques will not be received. Investors must state brielly the Pace and Horse they wish their money invested on. No notice will be taken of contingent instructions.
