CONDITIONS. 1. No deduction will be made from the advertised stakes. 2. All races on this programme are open to “ hacks ” onty. 3. “Hacks” shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake exceeding the value of 40 sovs at time of start (hack and hunter races excepted), anil that are not nominated for a Derby, Guineas, St. Leger, or Sapling Stakes at time of start. 4. No entry will be received for any race, except on condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision will be final. 5. In all nominations description, age, pedigree, and colors must be given. 6. Metropolitan Racing Rules will be strictly adhered to.

Persons at a distance wishing to invest on the Totalizator can do so bv adressing their communications to the “ Secretary, W.D.J.C., Woodville," to arrive at least half an hour before the advertised time for starting each race. No investments will be made unless the instructions are accompanied by Bank Draft, P.O. Orders, Postal Notes, or Money Order Telegrams. Cheques will not be received. Investors must state brielly the Pace and Horse they wish their money invested on. No notice will be taken of contingent instructions.
