The directors of the New Zealand and River Plate Land and Mortgage Company abandon the reconstruction Rcheme and propose to write down the capital and reduce the liabilities. They will also cancel a large amount of uncalled capital. New Zealand and London securities will bo realised, and investments in the River Plate will be limited to £489,000.
