Mr W. 11. Hawkins reports at his Rahiatua stock sale yesterday : —The attendance was good. Bidding throughout was dull. We ultimately succeeded in quitting all hut two pens. We-quote—Good strong weaners, 355; dairy cows, £4 17s 6d to £5 10s ; steers, £.6 5s to £6 10s ; store cows, £5. We hold our next horse sale at the Club Hotel yards on Saturday next.
