Hobart Exhibition. Hobart, November 15. The exhibition opened to-day with great ceremony. A procession numbering ten thousand marched through the streets to the building where the Governor formally declared it open. A somewhat extraordinary scene occurred just prior to the opening of the Exhibition. The chorus, consisting of 350 voices, protested that tho flags used for decorating the mast, obscured singers, who clamoured for their removal, and were supported by the audience. The Executive refused to grant the request, but just as his Excellency entered the building the structure holding the flags was pulled down under instructions from one or two members of the Executive.
