RE DEPUTATIONS AT THE PAHIATUA COUNTY COUNCIL MEETING ON NOVEMBER 13th.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —I see in the report of the Pahiatua County Council meeting last Saturday among the deputations the following *• Mr Sedcole, on behalf of the Public Trustee, waited on the Council to ask what they proposed to do in regard to a deviation which hnd boon made on Simpson's section on the Toritea road, and which had cut oft the water from the section.” Would Mr Sedcole kindly inform me, through your columns, who authorised him to make any enquiries at all from the County about the deviation of my section, since neither the Public Trustee nor Mr Sedcole has anything to do with the section, it being au unmortgaged freehold section and 1 am the manager. —I am etc., P. Simpson. [Mr Sedcole was wrongly reported. The words “on Simpson’s section” should have been omitted. —Ed. Herald.]
