The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights) of the nett value of 15 sovs or over, to carry 51bs penalty. Nomination, Ss; acceptance, 20s. *2. Trial Handicap Hurdles (to start at 1*2.15 p.m.), of 25 sovs ; second horse 5 sovs from the stakes, 1£ miles. Over six tiights of hurdles 3ft (jin high. For horses that have not won a hurdle race at time of entry. The winner of any hurdle race (after declaration of weights) to carry 71bs penalty. Nomination, 7s 6d; acceptance, 12s 6d. 3. Maiden Plate (to start at 1.30 p.m.), of 30 sovs; second horse 5 sovs from the stakes. 1] miles. Weight-for-age. Entrance, 255, ,on day of general entries. 4. CONDITIONS. 1. No deduction will be made from the advertised stakes. -• AH races on this programme are open to “ hacks ” only. 3. “ Hacks ” shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake exceeding the value of -10 sovs at time ol start (hack and hunter races excepted), and that are not nominated for a Derby, Guineas, iSt. Leger, or Sapling Stakes at time of start. 4. No entry will be received for any race, except on condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision will be final. 5. In all nominations description, age. pedigree, and colors must be given. 0. Metropolitan Racing Rules will be strictly adhered to.

Persons at a distance wishing to invest on the Totalizator can do so by adressing their communications to the “ Secretary W.D.J.C., Woodville," to arrive at least half an hour before the advertised time for starting each race. No investments will be made unless the instructions are accompanied by l>ank Draft, P.O. Orders, Postal Notes, or Money Order Telegrams. Choijues will not bo received. Investors must state briefly the Pace and Horse they wish their money invested on. No notice will he taken of contingent instructions. Telegrams will not be replied to unless marked “ Reply paid,” Dividends will be paid free of charge, and accounts will be rendered within seven days after the meeting.
