Eketahuna Rifle Club.
Election of Officers.
The annual meeting of the members of the Eketahuna Rifle Club was held at the Club Hotel on Wednesday evening. There were about 20 present. Mr H. Vile occupied the chair. The following officers were elected for the ensuing season :—Patron, Mr J. Jones ; president, Mr F. Von Reden ; vice-presi-dents, Messrs C. R. Kebble, H. Vile, and J. .-Lnderson ; captain, Mr F. D. Polling ; treasurer, Mr W. F. Perryman ; secretary, Mr W. B. Craighead; committee, Messrs J. Bright, E. Kibblewhite, A. H. Herbert, H. Vile, F. D. Felling. Thursday, Bth inst., was fixed upon as the opening day for the season.
