Its special advantages are as follows :—The water used in brewing is from one of the finest springs in New Zealand, containing those particular qualities so essential for brewing purposes ; none but the best of malt and hops procurable are used ; the brewing and management is in the hands of a thoroughly practical brewer from Burton-on-Trent, England, whoso ability, attention, and cleanliness are marked features in the establishment.
