Kaitawa.
The required number of cows having been guaranteed, the erection of a creamery is almost an aecomplished fact. Mr Kennedy, of Kaitawa, intends starting a trap building establishment, and it at present canvassing the distriet for orders. He should secure a large number of orders, as the settlers will require conveyances. I wish him evsry success in his eaterpriss The Messrs Crawford Bros, have jaet oompleted the erection of a large woolehed. Mr McCarthy hae one in the couree of erection. Mr John Fulcher is the tuacetsful tenderer for Mr \V. H. Cook's bueh, the price, I understand to be 30s an acre. The Salvation Army held a very enthusiastic gathering here last Monday evening. Among other subjects mentioned the Captain informed us that he intended entering the holy etate of matrimony with another captain on the 16th inet.
