Better Arrangements Wanted

(Special to the Herald.) Maurickyillk, This day. Owing to the wretched train arrangements, about 20 passengers from Woodville, Napier, and Pahiatua, were stuck at Mauiriceville. They travelled to Eketahuna last night from there at 4 a.m., and arrived there four minutes too late forth® train. The rivers are all in flood. The Gorge is blocked.
