Sydney. May 20. I The condemned men Williams and I Montgomery are, through their couusel, appealing to have their case referred to j the Privy Council. The appeal should j have bnen made within fourteen days of the triad, and the Cabinet is nowconsideri ing wh it action it can take in the matter.
