STOCK REPORT. Nleur* Ahrah im and Williams rsport:— I At Pahiaiua on tbs Ist mat., an unusually small sntrv sauu forward : lew values still ruls ths young gras*, not yet being suf!i«- sntly forward to bear stocking. A bu s line of two-tooth withers made 7s Id ; cattle were poorly represented and very little business was done. We quote : —Fat wethers. 9s 4d ; fat ewes, .'•a *2d to 6s 4d ; ewes in lamb, mixed ages. ♦>* 3d ; two-tooth wethers, 7s Id ; pelts. Is fid ; fat rows. XI 10s to X 4 16s; cows in oalf, £3 to XI 2s; calves. XI. \; otir UMial monthly **!<* at Wotxlville on W *dn#*>da\. 25th April, wc were rather unfortunate as regards the weather and a considerable quantity of the stock advertised did not come in. There was brisk competition for the cattle yarded. Sheep were dull of sale. We quote : Fat steers, light beef. £fi . forward steers. XI 12s fid ; fat cows £4 lo* ; cows in calf. £4 Is; empty cows. X 3 Bs. 18-month to *4 u steers, nice quality. £3 la ; calves. XI 7s ; sheep, good shorn lambs 4s : others. 2* Id to 2s fid.
