For young stock the bidding was brisk, and showed a marked improvement from former sales Several lines were quitted at good pne*-* under the ha miner, and iuo*« of the lines passed m were ultimately •old privately. Other* were rein rued owing to the bigh reserves placed on them. It appears quit* clear to me that owners must submit to a general reduction in pn«*e« all round.
