In the Supreme Court at New Plymouth, on the motion of the Law Society, Mr Justice Blair made an order calling on George Grey, solicitor, of New Plymouth, to show cause why he should not be struck off the rolls. The matter has been referred to the Court of Appeal, and in the meantime the solicitor has been suspended from practice.
