PUBLICATION RECEIVED.
From the Herald Feature Service, 6274 Flinders street, Melbourne, we have received two copies of the Weekly Times book of patterns for knitting and crochet, a most excellent publication, for which, owing to the present craze for ha nd-made woollies, there should be a keen demand. The fact that this is the third reprint of the book testifies to its popularity. It contains instructions on how to knit and crochet, hints on washin", lengthening, grafting, measuring, and so on, and 40 patterns, all illustrated from photographs. As these include berets, babies' bonnets and garments, children’s suits and frocks, jumpers for men and women, socks, scarves, and gloves, and similar useful patterns, there is a range of choice wide enough for the most discriminating person. The price of the book is ninepence.
