MR FORBES’S MOVEMENTS.
INSPECTION OF KEW GARDENS. LONDON, October 3.
Air Forbes spent the afternoon inspecting Kew Gardens, where he renewed acquaintance with Dr Hills (the director), to whom he explained that New Zealand’s connection with Kew Gardens began with a botanist who accompanied Captain Cook and brought back specimens of New Zealand flora.
Air and Airs Forbes will have lunch at Epping on Sunday with Lady Hudson.
