STATUS AND PRECEDENCE. LONDON, October 3.

It is understood that to-day’s discussions will be concerned with the High Commissioners of the dominions. Mr Sculjin indicated that Australia had no present intention of altering the post of High Commissioner to a diplomatic status. On October 5 Mr Scullin will

review the week’s work with the delega* tion, after which he hopes to have a good rest. He has had a most strenuous week, which included a daily cable to Australia, besides heavy work at the conference.
