Air Justice Kennedy has granted probate in the estates of the following deceased persons:—Edward Moar of Port Chalmers (Messrs J. Wilkinson and lte = Catherine Waugh, of Dunedin L - Moore) ’ John Edward Jone* of Brighton (Messrs J. Wilkinson and Rolfe); Ann Rhodes, of Dunedin (Mr A Harriet Bimick, of Oamaru (Mr W. G. Grave); Duncan M'Donald of Palmerston (Mr E. L. A. Rolfe); James John (xaliagher, of Oamaru (Air P. C. Hjorring), and Rosina Eleanor Page" of Dunedin (Air J. B. Nichol). Letters of administration have been granted in the estates of John Sutherland Sinclair of Waitahuna (Air D. Finlayson) and William Rattray, of Lawrence (Air S. Fletcher).
