INVERCARGILL, February 25. In the Supreme Court this morning Mr Justice’ MacGregor, after hearing legal argument, gave his decision in an action brought against Bray Bros., Ltd., and Eliza Al'Natty by Airs Alary nun Graham Jopp for rescission of an agreement, or alternatively, for £3BO as damages for fraudulent misrepresentation in connection with the sale of a confectionery business.

Judgment was given against the defendants, Bray Bros., for £330 damages, with costs according to scale, disbursements, and witnesses’ expenses to be fixed by the registrar, along with £l2 12s costs for the second day of trial, Judg ment was also given for the defendant APNatty, with costs (£3l 10s) and dis bursements and witnesses’ expenses, such costs’ to be paid by the defendants, BrayBros., Ltd., to the defendant Al'Natty.
