ROTARY CONFERENCE.
RETURN OF DOMINION DELEGATES. AUCKLAND. November 19. Delegates to the Rotary Conference in Japan returned by the Aorangi today.* They are unanimously of the opinion that the conference was a great success, and speak enthusiastically of the fine treatment they experienced in Japan. The Japanese Prime Minister and members of the Cabinet attended several of the Rotary functions, one being a reception and garden party at the Prime Minister's residence.
