INTOXICATED MOTORIST.
TWO MONTHS IN GOAL. WELLINGTON, September 1. Thomas Clarence Pearce, a motor salesman, aged 28, and single, who has been twice, previously convicted of intoxication while in charge of a car and fined £lO and £l5, was to-day sent to goal for two months for a third offence He also got two months for conversion of a car belonging to Lawrence Dillon, the terms to be concurrent, and he was convicted and discharged for breach of a prohibit! m order. He was suspended from obtaining a driver’s license for two years.
