RADIO LICENSES.
WELLINGTON, July 30. The latest available figures for the radio licenses current are those for last Friday. The following table gives the numbers of broadcast receiving licenses:—
Grand totals .. 32,624 2866 35,470 On the preceding Friday the numbers for the whole Dominion were full-time licenses 32,414; part-time, 2911; total, 35,325. Transmitters’, licenses current on Friday last were: Auckland 43, Wellington 46, Canterbury 27, Otago 13; total 129. The numbers of dealers’ licenses were: Auckland 359, Wellington 541.
