Horace Alabaster was fined. £5, with costs, at Wanganui last week for selling milk to Inspector Fear which contained 25 per cent, of added water. The defendant said he could not understand how the water got there. The magistrate (Mr J. S. Barton) said he believer it was the biggest percentage of water he had ever had to deal with.
