/kt the last meeting of the Southland Acclimatisation Society a letter was received from Mr R. J. Walden, Riverton, stating that he had caught a 61b trout in the inside of which were five small trout, four of which would be between sin and 7in long, the other about 4in (states the Southland Times). They had the appearance of having been eaten, only a few hours.
