After “battling” for the past two years, the Grey Returned Soldiers’ Association has been succ<*sful in securing a military pension of £lO per month for a T.B. patient (a returned soldier), who has been an in—pital for that period, and is now to go to Cashmere Hills Sanatorium (states the Greymouth Evening Star). During the period the patient was receiving hospital treatment he will receive only £2 3s 4d per month pen”i'v-> ”, !' ■!'>nee going towards disbursement of hospital expenses.
