DAIRY PRODUCE EXPORT.

DECREASE DURING MARCH. WELLINGTON, April 17. Ihe decrease in dairy production due to r e P ro^on e e 4 dr Y spell. at the beginning of the year is reflected in the shipments oi butter from the Dominion during March, which show a decrease of 83,465 boxes compared with March, 1927. Against this there was an increase of 6233 crates of cheese for the month. The total shipments from the Dominion for the eight months of the season from Aug_st 1, 1927 £?_'Y arcb 31, 1928, show an increase of a9a,258 boxes of butter .and 66,261 crates of cheese compared with “the corresponding period of last season. It is expected that the increase will be largely cancelled c , dccreased shipments for the balance of the season.
