-When a match was played on the St. John s bowling green at Wanganui between the visiting South Australians and the country club representatives, two opposing rinks were skipped bv players bearing the same name, Cherry. They discovered they were brothers, each unaware that the other was in Wanganui at the time. They had not seen each other for many years and the reunion was as cordial at it was unexpected.
