CONGREGATIONAL UNION.
ELECTION OF OFFICE-BEARERS.
CHRISTCHURCH, March 14. The Congregational Union elected the following dflice-bearers:—President, the Rev. H. J. Ralph; secretary, the Rev H. Johnson; treasurer, Mr F. Meadowcroft; editor Congregationalist, the Rev. D. J. Miller.
Strong disapproval was expressed in regard to dancing taking place on church or Sunday school premises. It was agreed that the next conference take place at Napier.
