“ The ridiculous part of it is that if a man earns more than a certain amount his pension is stopped,” commented Mr K. C. Levvcy. S.M., at the Gisborne Police Court the other morning, when old age pension matters were mentioned in a maintenance case (reports the Poverty Bay Herald). “ The more provident a man is the less pension he gets-” added the magistrate.
