“ He was the best-dressed man at the meeting of creditors,” said counsel in the Supreme Court at New Plymouth the other day, in referring to a bankrupt- whose discharge he was opposing on behalf of two creditors. He softened the suggestion by commenting that the bankrupt may have had to dress well on account oi his business, as he was a draper’s assistant.
