“ That may be a counsel of perfection, but it the only remedy,” said the Chief Justice in the New Plymouth Supreme Court the other morning, when he suggested that the only safeguard against becoming a creditor in a bankrupt estate was not to give credit (states the Taranaki Herald). The observation was made in conectidh with an opposed motion for the discharge of a bankrupt Native.
