A MAN ARRESTED. LONDON, February 27. The police have arrested William Maynard, a rabbit trapper, who will be charged with the Roadley murder. He is a married man, living two miles from the scene of the crime. The man who was previously detained has been released. February 28. William Maynard was carried into the court at Bude, doubled up in a mattress and covered with a rug. Though a doctor certified that he was perfectly able to appreciate the proceedings, Maynard continued to writhe and groan, as though in a«K>ny, throughout the formal proceedings.
