The fiipuke Golf Club is fast becoming famous for its beautiful surroundings. Unsolicited praise was given the other day by Sir James Parr in a letter to a friend in Auckland (says the Star). “ I believe I am still patron of the Pnpuke Golf Club,” he said, “ and I am looking forward to the day when I can leave the fogs and mists round about my office here in the Strand to play on onfe of the loveliest sites in the world.”
