A hundred thousand brown trout fry have been received by the Stratford Acclimatisation Society from Invercargill and have been placed in the hatchery (says the Stratford Post). Preparations are now in hand for the accommodation of 10,000 rainbow trout fry which are expected to arrive shortly.
