NEW ZEALAND PUBLICITY.
ALDERSHOT HORSE SHOW. (From Our Own Correspondent.) LONDON, July 1. At the Aldershot Command and District Horse Show which continued over a period of three days a marquee was erected 300 ft in length for an exhibition of overseas produce. The New Zealand Publicity Department co-operated and arranged an attractive stand 40ft in length. Dairy produce, fruit, wool, honey, dried milk, toheroas, and whitebait were displayed, and thirty pictures showing tourist and scenic attractions set off the stand. The weather was not good, and the people who came to the show found the marquee a usefu’ place for shelter, so that they had ample time to make a thorough examination of the exhibits. It is estimated that 160,000 people attended the showCongratulations were received by the Now Zealand attendants from the chief officer of the command, and many expressed the opinion that New Zealand's was the best of the stands. Prince Henrj and Princess Victoria spent some time examining the New Zealand produce, and they were greatly interested in the pictures illustrating deep sea fishing.
