The Pukemiro coal miners, who have been on strike, resumed work yesterday. As the result of a conference it was arranged that one of tl c two men regarding whom the trouble arose will be employed on coal with a minor whose mate is on sick leave. The other man will also be employed on coal. Tt. is stated that the conference was satisfactory to both parties.
