In the Magistrate’s Court at Taumarunui on Thursday last before Mr J. i S.M.,C. Innes, a clerk,' employed by Messrs M'Millan and Co. wine and spirit merchants. Auckland, cn three charges of sending liquor to Taumaranui and not properly labelling it, was fined a total sum of £lOO, and costs.
