NATIONAL DAIRY SHOW.

BUTTER AND CHEESE AWARDS. CHAMPIONSHIPS TO SHANNON. PALMERSTON NORTH, June 13. The butter results in the National Dairy Show, which will be opened to-morrow, were made available this morning. The entries were tire largest in the history of the association, and the judges say that the quality of the exhibits is well ahead of previous years. The butters have all undergone a hard test, being subjected to lengthy storage for a period of three months. It is pleasing to find, with one or two exceptions, that quality has stood the test well, and the butter has opened up as fresh as the day it went into cool storage. The flavour, body, etc., and tho general get-up of exhibits leave little to be desired. Results: —
